A life livedThrough the body
ALUMA grew from movement, performance, loss, change
and the slow return to what the body already knew.

The sensing child
I did not create ALUMA from a theoryI created it through a life lived in the body
I began gymnastics at four. Movement entered my life before I understood that the body could carry information the mind had not yet named.
In the beginning, there was no philosophy and no brand. There was attention, repetition, aliveness and the simple experience of learning through the body.
Clue 01 Before words
What did your body know before you learned to explain it?

Movement · Practice · Embodiment
The athlete
The body became my first languageStrength taught me how to rise
Years on the Danish national team and becoming Danish Champion in Sports Acrobatics taught me discipline, precision, courage and trust.
Sport showed me how repetition becomes capacity, how courage can be practised and how much the body can learn before the mind understands.
That strength carried another lesson too. I became skilled at adapting, performing and continuing. The qualities that moved me forward could also make the quieter signals easier to overlook.
Clue 02 What strength can hide
Where has your strength carried you, and what might it have made easier not to feel?
The life I learnt to carry
I knew how to moveA life forwardEven when something within me
had begun to grow quiet
Professional drive, motherhood
and the many layers of an adult life
My professional life asked for energy, clarity and a strong instinct for people. I spent fifteen years in media sales, followed by three years at WWF.
That experience taught me how to listen, communicate and build relationships. I learnt how stories travel, how ideas gain momentum and how to translate something meaningful into language other people can recognise.
Alongside work came motherhood and the responsibilities of a full adult life. I became skilled at reading rooms, meeting expectations and finding a way forward.
This chapter held love, achievement, learning and meaning. But it also revealed how capable I could become at carrying a life while gradually losing contact with parts of myself.
Clue 03
Eventually, the questions beneath that life became impossible to set aside.
The turning point
The body stopped whisperingAnd asked me to listen
Motherhood, divorce, grief, stress and the loss of both my parents changed the ground beneath me. Eventually the body carried what I could no longer move past.
Clue 04
The body does not always interrupt loudly at first

The return
It was nota reinventionIt was a return
The way back began quietly. Through breath, movement, strength, stillness, nature and the places that asked me to slow down enough to feel again.
I began to understand that I did not need to become someone new. I needed to rebuild trust in what my body had been communicating all along, and allow that knowing to shape the life I was creating.
Peru deepened that return. So did training, mountains, motherhood and the ordinary practice of meeting myself honestly. What returned was not an earlier version of me, but a more whole relationship with the woman I had become.
Lived in the present tense
I live this workin the present tenseALUMA continues to be shaped in real life
I meet this work in the way I mother, train, write, speak, create and listen when something within me shifts.
Strength, mobility, CrossFit, breath, handstands, mountains and stillness keep bringing me closer to the body. The deeper practice is the attention they restore: noticing what expands, what contracts, what keeps repeating and what feels quietly true.
I live inside the questions I bring into a room and onto the page. I keep listening, recognising, choosing and returning as life changes. That ongoing relationship with the body is what keeps ALUMA human, grounded and alive.
The ALUMA North Star
Return to the bodyCreate a life that feels like yours
ALUMA grew from a recognition I could no longer set aside: the body often knows before the mind has words.
It registers what brings us alive, what asks us to pause, what keeps repeating and what may be ready to change. When we learn to listen, our own lives begin to reveal a map.
ALUMA is a body-first universe for recognising those clues, strengthening inner authority and giving conscious form to what feels true.
Life is the treasure hunt
The body is the compass
Your life is the map
The invitation
I am not here to give you my mapI am here to help you recognise your own
ALUMA is an invitation to return to the body, read the clues of your life and create a life that feels like yours
